IDEAco stands for the Coalition for Innovative Development, Education, and Action. We were a global nonprofit on a mission to build and empower communities of Changemakers through experiential learning. Founded by myself, Brett Schilke, and Matthew Straub, our programs included The Exponential Youth Camp, City X Project, and Changespaces.
